ANSWER: As an agent or agency, your primary intention should be on getting the best outcome for your vendor. This mindset will bring you more referrals, sales and revenue.

Another option you have is to find a mortgage broker you can partner with and split costs. You can bring them finance leads from buyers leads and seller leads that are generated using the Oysteer PAS.

Why aren’t you running ads on other platforms like Google? Other companies offer listing ads with Facebook and Google.

ANSWER: Our Property Advertising System has been setup to specialise on Facebook’s eco system on the findings that using ad budget on one advertising platform helps with better results. With that being stated, your ads will also be run on Instagram and on the Facebook Audience Network where ads are retargeted on other websites or apps. ANSWER: You will need to provide photography and the copy (write up) while making your order online. If you cannot supply a video, we will create a complimentary video with a catchy music track from provided photography to be used in your ads and elsewhere for higher engagement.

Why are you not targeting people in a radius greater than 10kms from the property? There may be people looking at upsizing or downsizing well away from their current address.

ANSWER: Geo-targeting those around 1 - 10kms of the property, does not necessarily mean only those who currently live in this radius. 

For example, this also includes likely buyers who are/have previously been in this radius over the last couple of weeks (for example, those who have visited other open homes in the area). Also note, while our primary focus is in this area, we may also explore areas outside of the 10km radius.

ANSWER: After the ad campaign is launched, you will receive a link to access a live report. This link can also be shared with the vendor so that they too can review performance and results from the ad campaign.
